Regina Igoe
I am a fully accredited Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist (IAPTP, IAHIP, ICP), specialising in Play Therapy. I graduated with First Class Honours in both my M.A. in Creative Psychotherapy (Humanistic and Integrative Modality) and my Diploma in Play Therapy.
What I love most about play is how it brings laughter and joy but also offers a safe space to explore the darker, riskier parts of ourselves. Play has a unique way of guiding us through challenges while keeping us grounded in safety and connection.
